Services

At net powersafe, it is our ambition to combine innovation and technology in the field of electric power supply.

Ever since its founding in 1998, net powersafe has stood for high-quality services in the area of power supply. Our specialists are available as partners. They work together with your clients to come up with lean technical solutions, the efficient use of energy and optimisation over the entire life cycle.

24-Hour Standby / On-Call Service

Our operation centre is manned on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. At night and on Sundays and holidays, we reroute error notifications by phone to the control centre. Technical error notifications are passed on to the responsible standby / on-call manager right away. Four standby managers from the specialist departments are on call around the clock 365 days out of the year. In an emergency, we mobilise the standby manager via a redundant alarm and provide him/her with all of the necessary information.

Replacement Parts

As a service provider, we maintain a spare parts warehouse in order to guarantee our customers short repair times during regular working hours and in the 24-hour standby / on-call service. Our replacement part management is closely networked with the manufacturers and suppliers. If an item is not in stock despite all of this, it will be procured as quickly as possible through the use of modern EDP.

Measurements - Verification

Combustion motors and their control systems are becoming more and more complex. For this reason, it is not always easy to arrive at a diagnosis when the generating set is malfunctioning.

The oil and coolant diagnosis provides valuable information about the condition of motors and cooling systems and helps to extend the life cycle of your power supply system.

Switching Authorisation

Our employees have the qualifications for switching authorisation and switching instruction authorisation for low and medium voltage systems. Switching in low and medium voltage systems up to 50 kV requires sound knowledge of risks, handling systems, preparation of switching programs, switching actions, network configurations, network protection and the legal basis. Switching in the vicinity of live parts requires that both the operator as well as the responsible supervisor have a significant amount of expertise, experience and awareness of their responsibilities. In addition, the Swiss Ordinance on Heavy Current also assumes that there is competence in carrying out emergency measures should any failure occur.

It is for these reasons that our employees are commissioned for managing and coordinating the switching process when periodic switching of low-voltage distribution systems is expected with power supply systems.

Servicing Agreement

Our service organisation is responsible for all power supply systems and carries out servicing, monitoring and maintenance work for systems supplied by us and by third parties. Our employees are highly trained and well equipped for the entire spectrum and provide services in the various areas. A modern incident control system monitors and analyses all systems around the clock. We are therefore in control at all times and can even take preventive action if necessary. For maximum safety, technical alarms are redundantly sent to the standby / on-call service. Our system can be operated at multiple independent and spatially separate locations, and, thanks to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), it does not depend on the availability of the mains power supply.

Service agreements are based on the scope of the system and services and on the customer requirements. We generally distinguish between a Standard service agreement and a Rapido service agreement.
